Analytical Services, Inc. Awarded GSA Alliant Contract

Contract Offers Customers Contracting Option to Buy Integrated IT Solutions Worldwide

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – April 8, 2009 – Analytical Services, Inc. (ASI), a subsidiary of ASRC Federal Holding Company, today announced the company was awarded the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Alliant contract to provide federal agencies with integrated information technology (IT) solutions. 

As one of 59 prime contractors awarded the Alliant contract, ASI will compete for task orders to provide IT solutions including IT services, hardware, software, new technologies and other elements necessary for a complete IT solution.  Alliant has a $50 billion dollar ceiling and the period of performance, if all options are exercised, is 10 years.
