ASI Awardee on $12.225 Billion ENCORE II Information Technology Contract

Defense Information Systems Agency Contract to Provide Military Agencies,
Department of Defense and Other Agencies Broad Range of IT Solutions

Huntsville, AL – May 7, 2008 – The ENCORE II contracts represent an ongoing expansion of DISA’s existing Encore contracts of which ASI is currently a prime contractor. Over 30 companies, ranging from smaller, niche IT expertise businesses to Fortune 500 companies, make up the ASI team. Under the contract, ASI’s team will compete for task orders to provide IT solutions.  Services encompass net-centric solutions, to include network engineering, analysis and support for the acquisition, installation, fielding, training, operation and life-cycle management of components and systems in the operational environments of Combatant Commands and their subordinate components, the military services, Defense agencies, Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and other Federal agencies.
