Analytical Services, Inc. Hires Former PAC-3 Product Manager  

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – August 22, 2006 – Analytical Services, Inc. today announced that retired Army Lieutenant Colonel Troy E. Trulock has been named director of the company’s newly created technology integration group.  Trulock, who previously served as the Product Manager for the Patriot PAC-3 missile system, brings a proven record of effectively managing complex aerospace systems, specifically the areas of missiles and missile defense.  

As director of technology integration, Trulock will play an integral role in actively guiding ASI initiatives in both the space and missile defense markets.   Trulock will report to Murray D. Hillman, ASI’s vice president of science and technology management.

Trulock Background Information
Retired U.S. Army Lt. Col. Troy E. Trulock previously served as the product manager for the $2 billion Patriot Advanced Capability (PAC-3) missile as part of the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Project Office based in Huntsville, Alabama.  As product manager, Trulock delivered on cost and on schedule the Patriot PAC-3 missile and effectively managed three variants of the missile across all phases of the system life cycle.  Prior to serving as PM for the Patriot PAC-3, Trulock managed the concept development, successful implementation and operation of a multi-million dollar real-time, automated program management tool for the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) Joint Program Office.  Trulock also has previously served as an executive officer and deputy director of the Air and Missile Defense Battlelab and Directorate of Combat Developments in El Paso, Texas.
