Analytical Services, Inc. Achieves ISO 9001:2000 Recertification for Quality Management System (QMS)

Extensive Audit Delivers Favorable Results Corporate Wide

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – June 1, 2006 – Analytical Services, Inc. (ASI) today announced the company’s successful recertification audit to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.  A distinctive market differentiator among companies, ISO 9001:2000 is the globally recognized quality management system (QMS) standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization. 

To remain compliant and certified, ASI must recertify every three years.  Recertification involves an in-depth audit of ASI’s business processes and procedures relative to ASI’s engineering, programmatic, information technology, and organizational and professional development services.  In addition to the corporate process review, the recertification encompasses processes and procedures employed by ASI personnel at Redstone Arsenal’s Maintenance Operations, Procedures and Prototyping (MOPP) Shop.

Conducted by National Quality Assurance USA, an accredited and world-renowned Quality Management System registrar, the audit results reflect ASI’s commitment to customers, vendors and employees.  This recertification further reinforces the fact the company follows established procedures to ensure top performance while continually reviewing and improving business operations.
