Retired Major General John Holly Joins Analytical Services, Inc Board of Directors
Former Missile Defense Agency Executive and Visionary to Help Guide Corporate Growth
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – January 11, 2006 – Analytical Services, Inc. today announced the appointment of retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. John W. Holly to the company’s board of directors. Holly, a recognized expert in the research, development and acquisition of complex Department of Defense systems, currently serves as senior vice president and general manager of Huntsville-based Intergraph’s federal solutions business unit.
Bringing a proven record supporting both DoD and national missile defense programs, Holly will help actively guide ASI’s long-term strategic vision and growth plans in both the space and missile defense marketplace.
Before joining Intergraph, Holly served as the deputy director of the Missile Defense Agency and was responsible for managing the Washington DC agency’s 7,000 employees. Additionally, Holly served as the program executive officer for the Ballistic Missile Defense System and the director of the Joint National Integration Center. As program director for the Ground-based Midcourse Defense Joint Program Office, Holly lead efforts to deploy a national missile defense system. As program director, Holly was responsible for leading the development, testing, construction, training and sustainment of the midcourse defense element – the cornerstone of the Ballistic Missile Defense System.
