Encore Features

Under the Encore IDIQ contract, any Federal agency can order IT services utilizing DISA’s contracting office (DITCO) or their own local contracting office.  Tasks may be either firm fixed price, time and materials or cost plus.
 
Using DITCO requires a 2% processing fee, utilizing a local contracting office incurs a 1% processing fee.

Term: Seven years, March 2002 - September 2009. 65 labor categories (expandable).
